Account Creation, Security & Account Policy

To register with 316, you must provide genuine and accurate personal information. Opening an account using false details or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. Each individual may hold only one account — creating or operating multiple accounts is not allowed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are personally liable for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure

316 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

Registering with false or inaccurate information
Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
Engaging in fraud, deception, or dishonest activities
Misuse of the platform's betting system or bonus rules
Being a minor or using another person's identity
Attempting to harass or harm another user

Upon account closure, any valid balance remaining may be refunded subject to the fulfillment of applicable conditions.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All users are required to fulfil the following responsibilities while using 316's services:

316 may void any bet at its discretion if a technical error, incorrect odds display, or other irregular circumstance is found to have occurred.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All transactions on 316 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.

Deposit Policy

Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
Deposits made through third parties or under a concealed identity are not permitted.
Deposits must meet the minimum amount as displayed on the platform.

Withdrawal Policy

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
Bonus or promotional balances are subject to specific turnover requirements that must be met before withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours.
In cases of suspected suspicious activity, 316 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.

Under no circumstances does 316 guarantee profits from betting or gaming, and 316 accepts no liability for losses of this nature.
